Mike Colosimo graduated from the College of St. Scholastica with a degree in business management and possesses over 25 years of business ownership and executive management experience including President/CEO, Executive Director, Vice President of Operations, Regional Director and Senior Business Advisor.
Over the years Colosimo has owned several businesses. In 2009, he launched Acumen Business Solutions, an organizational and business development firm specializing in business start up’s, corporate growth and enhanced, sustainable profitability with a goal of instilling a culture of intrinsic respect for all.
Colosimo is driven and passionate with regards to cultivating a learning environment, entrepreneurship, developmental, strategic growth and sustainable profitability.Colosimo’s commitment to entrepreneurial excellence is conveyed throughout every action and is the core foundational belief of what Acumen stands for.

Eric O'Brien Senior Vice President of Business Development

Eric O'Brien is a graduate of Saint John's University with a degree in history and business management and possesses over 15 years of commercial banking and commercial real estate experience. His professional career includes working in the Minneapolis Metro market, the St. Cloud market, as well as the greater I-94 Corridor.
The majority of Eric's lending experience is related to commercial construction lending and commercial acquisition. He brings a very strong knowledge of the finance side of ownership of commercial real estate. As part of his banking career, a strong focus has been made on working with real estate owners on creating a strong cash flow position. Eric also has experience in SBA lending and brings a creative approach to finance.
Eric is very active in a variety of networking and community activities along the I-94 Corridor, as well as the Metro and St. Cloud markets. He is a current Board Member on the Monticello Chamber as well as an active member in Rotary International. He also is the co-founder and co-organizer of I-94 Networkers, which is a monthly networking meeting for business professionals working along the I-94 Corridor.
